Name Romford, Hornchurch or Upminster

Havering covers Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Rainham and Harold Hill, with Essex immediately beyond. A ceremony in one of those places and a meal over the boundary are different journeys. Name the town, and name the Essex town too if that is where you eat. Romford and Upminster are far enough apart that a borough label on its own brings back a vague price. Romford station is a usable meeting point for a ceremony in Romford. For Hornchurch or Harold Hill, send the same pin you gave the guests.

Say if you only want the signing covered. A short register-office signing is often covered in one or two hours, ceremony plus a few pictures outside. Send the building and the slot you have been given. A Saturday that starts in Hornchurch and ends in an Essex village needs those hours and the second address in the quote. Guests driving from central London meet the A12 and the A127. If your timetable assumes they will be prompt, allow waiting time and tell the photographer. Rainham, towards the river, is a different direction from Upminster. Someone arriving on the District line at Upminster is another arrival again, so say which station you mean.

How many hours if the ceremony is in Romford and the meal is in Essex?

One or two hours often covers the signing and a few pictures outside. The Essex town is the travel. Put both addresses in the first line so the miles are in the quote.

Why write Upminster instead of Rainham?

They sit on opposite sides of the borough, one towards Essex and one towards the river. The portraits and the drive follow the one you name. Add the door where you will actually stand.

What should a short signing in Hornchurch include?

The building, the start time, and how many minutes you want outside afterwards. Add Harold Hill, or a second address, only if you are going there. A finish time makes the small booking easier to price.

Where should the photographer meet people using the District line?

Say Upminster if that is their station. Use Romford station when the ceremony is in Romford. A plan that treats every guest as already in Romford will slip, and the pictures at the door will start late.

What goes in the quote if guests are driving on the A12?

The ceremony building, the start time you need, and whether waiting for a slow A12 or A127 is included. Agree that before the day, and include any Essex address for the meal.
