Fees can change on 1 April each year. The library is close to the seafront and the parks. A Saturday for 30 people and a Monday for four need different portrait plans. Tell the photographer which floor you are on, because the two rooms do not share a backdrop. The seafront is a short walk if you want a portrait away from the doors, and that walk belongs in the hours. A Monday room of four is often covered in one or two hours. Saturday, with 30 guests, needs the time it takes to come back up to the street.
