Priory Park, just outside the Council House
Worcestershire County Council lists the Council House in Malvern as an approved premise at Avenue Road, WR14 3AF. The fees page says the Council House and the Pump Rooms at Tenbury attract the approved-venue fee. For 2026 to 2027 a classic ceremony at an approved venue is £575 Monday to Friday, £635 on Saturday, and £700 on Sunday or a bank holiday. Fully enhanced is £645, £675 and £720 on those same columns.
A registration suite elsewhere in the county is the £270 weekday classic. Avenue Road is not on that line. Statutory ceremonies at £62 are Wednesday only at the Register Office in Worcester. The venue note describes stained glass, an oak staircase, and Priory Park gardens immediately outside for photographs. Send the photographer Avenue Road, the start, the guest count, and whether the group will be in Priory Park, and for how long. A short register-office signing is often covered in one or two hours, ceremony plus a few pictures outside. That is the shape of the Wednesday signing in Worcester, not of a full afternoon here. If the meal is at a second venue, name it and include the travel from Priory Park. Christmas Day is a different rate, confirmed on an enquiry form. Ask the venue for the hours you have the room, and pass those on.
What is the weekday classic fee at Avenue Road for 2026 to 2027?
£575 Monday to Friday, because the Council House is an approved venue. Saturday is £635 and Sunday or a bank holiday is £700. Fully enhanced is £645, £675 and £720. The photographer's hours are separate. Send the guest count, which this fee table does not print.
Where should the group stand for photographs?
Priory Park, straight outside, after the ceremony. Say if you also want the stained glass and the oak staircase, and how long you can stay in the gardens. That time belongs in the booking.
Is the Council House the same price as a county registration suite?
The weekday classic suite elsewhere is £270. The Council House is on the approved-venue line, with the Pump Rooms at Tenbury. Name Avenue Road, WR14 3AF, so the quote is for this building and for Priory Park.
What if we only want the £62 Wednesday signing?
That ceremony is at the Register Office in Worcester. Say if you still want photographs in Priory Park afterwards. The drive should be in the quote. One or two hours often covers a short signing and a few pictures outside.
What do we send for a fair price in Malvern?
Avenue Road, the start time, classic or fully enhanced, the guest count, and whether you are going into Priory Park. Tenbury shares the fee and is a different town, so the address has to be written in full.
