If you are marrying in Leighton Buzzard, check the building before anyone sets off. The local registrar is on the first floor of the library, Lake Street, LU7 1RX, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The statutory ceremony at £62 on a Wednesday is at the Central Bedfordshire Register Office in the Court House at Ampthill, for the couple and two witnesses, not at the library. A photographer sent to Lake Street on a Wednesday will be in the wrong town.

We only have a library appointment on Lake Street. Is that the ceremony?
Send the Court House if that is where you are marrying, with the start time and the hours. Tuesday and Thursday at the library are appointment days. A ceremony day may be neither, and the photographer needs the building where the vows are.
The meal is somewhere else after Ampthill. Should travel be in the quote?
Send both addresses and the time you leave the Court House. Ask for the drive to be included or left out. The library and the Court House are already different towns, and a meal at a third address should be written down as well.
