The register office is at Islington Town Hall, Upper Street, N1 2UD. A ceremony may take place outside the hours the front desk is open, so give the photographer the entrance you have been told to use, the start time, and whether you arrive as a pair or one of you is already inside. When the slot sits outside desk hours, reception is the wrong place to meet.
Weekends around Angel are busy. A Saturday ceremony still needs a clear arrival note, because guests will not be looking at the weekday desk pattern. Say how long you want on the steps after the signing. One or two hours is often enough for a short register-office signing and a few pictures there.
