Daytime fees are £260 Monday to Thursday, £300 on Friday and £400 on Saturday. Evening slots at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm are £400 on Friday and £430 on Saturday.
The Riverside Room takes 23 people including the couple. Monday to Thursday daytime is £350, Friday is £380 and Saturday is £430. Sunday and bank holidays are £670. The Mayor's Parlour takes 40 people including the couple and runs Thursday to Sunday, with Thursday daytime at £400. Count witnesses and guests inside those totals, and say whether the photographer needs to be in the room. One or two hours often covers a short signing and a few pictures outside. Eleven people is the whole of the Broadway Room. Forty in the Mayor's Parlour needs a plan for where everyone stands. Name the room, the hour, and a reception address if you leave straight afterwards. That second address belongs in the quote.
Who is included in the Broadway Room's 11?
The couple, the witnesses and the guests share those 11 places. Say if you also need the photographer inside, because there may be no spare spot. Daytime Monday to Thursday is £260. Friday daytime is £300 and Saturday daytime is £400.
How many hours for the Riverside Room on a Saturday?
One or two hours often covers the ceremony and a few pictures outside. The room holds 23 including the couple, and Saturday daytime is £430. Sunday or a bank holiday is £670. The 5pm, 6pm and 7pm slots are listed with the Broadway Room, at £430 on Saturday evening, so name the room you actually booked.
What should we send for the Mayor's Parlour?
It holds 40 people including the couple and runs Thursday to Sunday. Thursday daytime is £400. Send the start time and ask for enough time to photograph a group that size. If you leave Unity Square afterwards, name the reception address.
Do the room fees at Unity Square include the photographer?
They are the council's ceremony charges. The photography quote is the hours, the room name, and travel if you leave W6 9JU. Send the guest count so the two prices stay easy to tell apart.
What if we leave for the reception as soon as we sign?
Send the reception address and the time you must leave Unity Square. A short spell outside is part of the hours. The Broadway Room, the Riverside Room and the Mayor's Parlour have different guest limits, so keep the room name in the note.
