Basingstoke Registration Office is Goldings, London Road, RG21 4AN. A ceremony booked here is with Hampshire. Portsmouth runs its own registration service, and a Portsmouth event stays with that city. The county says a ceremony fee includes two certificates, posted within 15 working days. That is a paperwork note. It is a reason to let the photographer leave when you leave the building.
Until the confirmation arrives, send the building, the start time, and the hours you have been given. Goldings is the office. A hotel or another licensed room is a second address, with its own parking and its own finish. London Road is slow at the end of the working day. If the ceremony is late afternoon, say whether guests can be dropped at the door or need a public car park.
