The register office in Winchester is at Castle Hill, High Street, SO23 8UH, and ceremonies are held here. The building has level access, automatic doors, a hearing loop and baby changing. Onsite parking is for Blue Badge holders only, and only for wedding cars. Everyone else uses the public car parks. This is the county register office, so a guest should be sent to Castle Hill when the confirmation says so, rather than to a library counter in another Hampshire town.
