The Windrush Room is at Witney Registration Office, Woodgreen, OX28 1NB. On a Friday at 11am or 12 noon you can have 18 guests, including two witnesses. At 4pm on a weekday, Saturday or Sunday the room takes 44 guests, including two witnesses. Ground-floor access and on-site parking are described as very good. From 1 April 2026 a classic ceremony is £433 on Friday at 11am or 12 noon, and £548 on the second and fourth Saturday at 10am, 11am or 12 noon.
The enhanced ceremony is the one that opens the 4pm slot on a weekday. From 1 April 2026 that is £545 on Monday to Friday at 4pm. Saturday enhanced is £635, and Sunday or a bank holiday is £750. It can last up to 30 minutes, against about 20 minutes for the classic package. Readings and personal promises have to be in at least four weeks ahead. The fee covers the registrar and the room.
