From Monday 28 September to Tuesday 3 November 2026 there are minor works at Woking Library, Gloucester Walk, GU21 6EP, and registration services are in the same building. The library stays open. The works create two private appointment rooms. Those rooms are for registration appointments. Surrey's ceremony offices are a separate list, and the brief should name the building on the ceremony confirmation.
If you are giving notice here, the photographer needs to attend only if you have asked for portraits outside afterwards. There will be some noise while the works are underway, so a temporary room next to an open library is a poor place for formal portraits.
