Marcus Hill is for notice, not the vows
Cornwall Council's page for Newquay Registration Office, Marcus Hill, TR7 1AF, says ceremonies are not available in that office. The vows have to be in another Cornwall room or at a licensed venue. Name that building, the start time, and how many hours you want. A short register-office signing is often covered in one or two hours, ceremony plus a few pictures outside. A licensed venue with guests, and a meal, needs the longer booking written out so you are not quoted for a day you do not want.
If you are also going to Marcus Hill to give notice, that appointment is on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday, and it is not the wedding. Do not send the photographer there unless you want pictures of that visit. In summer, on bank holidays and at other busy times, the council says to allow extra time for traffic. If notice and the ceremony are on the same day, name both addresses and the gap between them.
The building that should be on the quote
Send the ceremony building, the guest count if the venue has given you one, and whether portraits stay there or move somewhere else along the coast. If the meal is a second stop, ask for that drive to be included or quoted on its own. Put the month in the enquiry when the day falls in peak season, because the drive between two addresses can take longer than you expect.
Does the Marcus Hill office hold a ceremony we can photograph?
