King Square is one of the licensed offices
Somerset Council lists Bridgwater House, King Square, TA6 3AR, as the registration office, and it is licensed for marriage and partnership ceremonies. The other licensed offices on the contacts page are Taunton, Shepton Mallet, Weston-super-Mare, Williton and Yeovil. If your ceremony is at one of those, or at an approved venue, the photographer needs that building's name. King Square and a hotel booking are not the same stairs, and they are not the same pictures.
No ceremony fee or guest limit is printed in these notes, so send the start time, the hours you have been given, and how many people will be in the photographs. A short register-office signing is often covered in one or two hours, ceremony plus a few pictures outside. If you want groups, or time away from the door, say so. The booked ceremony time is the time to send. Do not substitute the hours the desk happens to be open.
A hotel meal, or a ceremony in another Somerset town
Say whether you will be outside King Square afterwards, and for how long. If the meal is at a hotel, name it and the time you leave the office. Guests travelling from Taunton or Weston-super-Mare do not change your ceremony address, but a meal in one of those towns does. Put that second address in the quote and ask whether the drive is included. If the confirmation names Shepton Mallet, Williton or Yeovil, that is the first line of the brief, not King Square.

How many hours cover a signing at King Square?
One or two hours often covers a short register-office ceremony and a few pictures outside. There is no guest cap in these notes, so put the number of people in the enquiry. Book longer only if you have asked for groups or a second venue.
What if the reception is at a hotel rather than the office?
Name the hotel and the time you leave King Square. The office and an approved venue are different buildings. The quote should include the travel between them, or say that the meal is not covered. A ceremony-only price should not quietly grow into a reception.
