Where the ceremony is, and what it costs
You give notice at the registration office on the first floor of the library. The ceremony is not held there. Gloucestershire County Council's ceremony fees for 2025 to 2028 put a statutory ceremony, for the two of you and two witnesses, at the Cheltenham and Gloucester register offices on Monday and Tuesday afternoons, at £74.50. Enhanced ceremonies are listed for Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Cinderford. A booking administration fee of £60 is non-refundable. If you marry at an approved venue, that building is the address the photographer needs.
