County Hall as a two-witness signing or a full room
For 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, Wiltshire Council lists a statutory marriage or civil partnership at Wiltshire Register Office, County Hall in Trowbridge, for the couple and two witnesses only. It is £62, weekdays only, with limited availability. The same building has the Weavers Room, capacity 40 guests: £390 Monday to Wednesday, and £525 on Saturday. The Members Room is in the 60 to 70 guest band at £425 Monday to Wednesday. The £75 reservation fee is extra and is not part of the ceremony fee.
Those bookings should not share one line in a diary. The £62 appointment is the couple and two witnesses. One or two hours often covers that signing and a few pictures outside. The Weavers Room is built for 40 guests, and the Members Room for 60 to 70. Say which one is paid for, and the start time. Ceremony fees are payable in full at least three months ahead.
A party somewhere else after County Hall
If you leave County Hall for a party elsewhere, send that second address and a gap for the drive. There is no ceremony on Christmas Day at an approved venue. Ask whether travel is included. The room you name is what sets the number of people in the pictures. A weekday £62 slot and a Saturday in the Weavers Room are not interchangeable, even though both are in the same building.

It holds 40 guests. Monday to Wednesday is £390 in the year from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. Saturday is £525. Tell them the day and how long you want groups, because forty people take longer than two witnesses.
How should we describe the Members Room?
The table puts it with rooms for 60 to 70 guests, at £425 Monday to Wednesday. Name the Members Room rather than only County Hall, so the quote is for that group and for the hours you want them photographed.
The meal is elsewhere in Wiltshire. What do we add?
The second address and the time you leave County Hall. The £62 signing, the Weavers Room and the Members Room are all in the same building, but a party in another town is a drive. Ask for that travel to be in the quote. There is no approved-venue ceremony on Christmas Day.
