Can we take pictures after a Friday appointment at The Portal?
Friday hours at Wellington Road are 9am to 12.20pm, by appointment only, so a 2pm portrait plan is outside that window. Monday to Thursday run from 9am to 4.30pm. Send the start time you were given if The Portal is the place you want photographed.
Should the photographer go to Wellington Road or to Merchants House?
Wellington Road, CH65 0BA, is The Portal. Merchants House, Crook Street, is Chester Register Office. The library on High Street is Winsford. Send the building where the vows, or the appointment you want photographed, will actually happen.
How many hours if the signing is at Merchants House?
One or two hours often covers a short signing and a few pictures outside. If you also have an appointment at The Portal, or a reception at an approved venue, put both start times in the quote so the drive is included.
What if we only need someone at The Portal?
Say whether you want pictures at all. Give a time inside 9am to 4.30pm, or before 12.20pm on Friday. The ceremony charge is the one on your room confirmation, which may name a different building.
What should we send so the quote uses the right door?
The building, the start time, and how long you want the photographer there. Use The Portal's hours when that appointment is the one being photographed. Name Merchants House or the Winsford library when the vows are there.
